can purchase products from approved vendors.
Riazone
facilitates product
listing, order processing, payment, delivery, customer support, and applicable
return and refund services.
2. Customer Accounts
Customers must provide accurate information and keep their
account credentials secure.
Riazone
may suspend or restrict accounts
involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Seller Registration & Approval
Vendors must provide required information and documents for
approval.
Riazone
may approve, reject, suspend, or remove sellers and
product listings based on marketplace requirements.
4. Product Listings & Availability
Vendors are responsible for accurate product information,
pricing, images, and stock availability.
Riazone
may remove inaccurate,
misleading, counterfeit, prohibited, or unavailable listings.
5. Product Quality & Variation
Vendors are responsible for product quality and
authenticity. Handmade and natural products may have minor variations in color,
texture, size, or appearance. Screen and lighting conditions may also affect
product colors.
6. Orders & Cancellation
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Riazone
may cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors,
suspected fraud, fulfilment issues, or other legitimate reasons. Eligible
prepaid orders will be refunded according to the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Pricing
All prices are shown in BDT unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, availability, and delivery charges may change.
Riazone
may cancel orders affected by significant pricing or technical errors.
8. Payment
Available payment methods may include COD, online payment,
and mobile financial services. Online payments may be processed through
authorized payment providers. Applicable vendor commissions, refunds,
adjustments, and other agreed deductions may be applied to vendor settlements.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available for selected products and locations.
Customers must provide accurate information and receive confirmed orders.
Repeated refusal, fraudulent orders, or COD misuse may result in COD
restrictions.
10. Delivery
Riazone
facilitates delivery through its logistics
arrangements or partners. Delivery times may vary due to location,
availability, weather, traffic, holidays, or other circumstances. Delivery is
generally made up to the ground floor, subject to location and access
conditions.
11. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed
by the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible cases may include wrong, damaged,
defective, or significantly different products. Returned products may be
inspected before approval.
12. Vendor Responsibilities & Settlement
Vendors are responsible for product accuracy, quality,
stock, packaging, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws and
Riazone
policies.
Riazone
will settle eligible vendor payments after
applicable commissions, refunds, adjustments, and other agreed deductions.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors must not commit fraud, sell illegal or
counterfeit products, provide misleading information, violate intellectual
property rights, manipulate reviews or promotions, misuse personal information,
or interfere with
Riazone
systems.
14. Intellectual Property & User Content
The
Riazone
name, logo, website content, design,
graphics, images, and software are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws and may not be used without authorization.
Users must ensure that reviews, ratings, images, and other
submitted content are lawful and do not infringe others' rights.
Riazone
may remove inappropriate content.
15. Privacy, Disclaimer & General Conditions
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy
Policy.
Riazone
makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website
information but may correct errors, omissions, or technical inaccuracies when
necessary.
Riazone
is not responsible for delays caused by
circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's
Republic of Bangladesh.
